marilla loves oranges

Marilla actually really does love oranges.  It is funny.

Because I just think it's funny!

When she gets one, she'll gobble it up, and ask for a second one.

And she might ask for a third one.  She might ask for a fourth one!

She eats them really fast.  Not all two year olds can, but Marilla can peel them herself.  She loves peeling them herself.  Nobody taught her how to peel them.  We don't know if the orphanage taught her--maybe they did.

third tooth

The tooth fairy was late on Monday.  I lost my third tooth.  I put it under my pillow.  I checked under my pillow right away in the morning.  There was still a tooth.

I went to mommy and daddy, and showed them that the tooth fairy didn't come, 'cause there was still a tooth.  I decided to put it back under my pillow.

I think she thought we were sleeping late.  We weren't sleeping late, though, because my new little sister wakes up early.

And then the tooth fairy came in the morning.  I thought she was just a nighttime tooth fairy.  I'm glad she came in the morning because I could have saw her.  But I didn't.  She might have wings.  They make her fast.

green thumb

I am a very good green thumb.  Because my plants haven't turned all the way brown.

I am watering my plants.

I'm a very good waterer.  I always remember to water my plants.  I water them one time, and when I think they need water I water them.  When they're wilting I know they really need water.

This is a dandelion.  I picked it from outside, and I took the white fuzzy seeds, then I put them in dirt.  I knew how to plant the seed furry side up because I watched a gerber daisy video that showed you how to pick the viable seeds, and plant them in a pot of dirt.  The fat ones are viable and the thin ones are not.

I also harvested gerber daisy seeds from a old gerber daisy flower.  The gerber daisy is the taller one.

lost tooth

My tooth got wiggly, and I lost it.  Tonight, I'm going to put it under my pillow, and the tooth fairy will come!

And she'll take the tooth away, and then I'll get money in the spot.

That's good because I'm saving for a remote control car.

my recipe

This morning the activity was:

My mom let us CO-OO-OK!  With real ingredients to make PLAY FOO-OOD!

The first ingredient was salt.  I shook it into my mixing bowl from the salt shaker. Next was the millet.  And then, we put a little bit of oatmeal.  And then some buckwheat, and then some water.  And then some guavas, and then some ginger.  And then some more millet.  And then some oatmeal again.  And then some dried guava.  I used all of my dried guavas.  I mixed them with a whisk.  It got pretty thick, and my whisk started to get lots of the ingredients in it so I had to hit it on the bowl.

I asked Keturah for some dough.  Then she let me have the rest, and I scraped it with my spoon, and I started mix-mixing, and then I put some ginger powder in it--a lot.  Then it got really brown--browner than Keturah's.  Browner than she made hers.

That is Keturah's bowl.  She's making it into brown milk using ginger powder.  I wanted to include one of Keturah's pictures just for fun.

mariners

Our team is the Mariners, cause it's my dad's favorite team.

This morning we watched baseball, but at first we thought the other team was going to win.  We had five points and the other team had five, and we got a grand slam home run and then our team had nine and the other team had five.  So we won!

This is me talking about the grand slam home run:

american chopper

I sometimes play with a tool, and I sometimes bring it outside. The tool has a wooden handle, and it has a curvy thing on the front, and it used to have the point thing, but it fell off.

It's called a battle ax.

And what I do with it, is I put wood down, and then I swing it onto the wood.  I get the sticks from all over places in our apartment complex.  I think it's kind of funny when I look for the sticks because I sometimes look for sticks in random places.  I found very long sticks close to our apartment, outside of the pool that used to have water in it.

I like playing with my ax. I think it's fun.  I learn lots of things.  I learn not to put my fingers near it because then I might get really hurt.  Today I hit myself on my fingers with the ax, and it felt like my finger fell off!  It's not metal; it's a wooden blade.  It's not that sharp or too sharp to cut off my finger.

measure outside

I can't wait for my thermometer to get all the way to the top!  I think it might be . . . I wonder if it could . . . I wonder if it will . . . get as hot as a volcano when it gets up to the top!

My thermometer is long, and it's shaped like a oval.  The red line that goes up measures how hot it is outside.  My dad used zip-lines--put them through the holes on the thermometer--and zipped them to the bars outside me and Keturah's bedroom window.  I just look out the window, and you can see the temperature.

I check my thermometer every day since the day after Valentine's day.  Usually outside is 40 degrees.  Lately though, I've been checking it a lot more, and it's usually 40 or 60.  Today it's nearly 80 degrees.  I am excited and happy because it's nice and warm outside.

 I like being really hot.

measure of markets

I noticed that Grandma, if she wants to go to a place like a market, she has to send her son there.  And he's pretty old.  He would be big enough.  I think she could just drive him there, and then wait.  They live in the UAE.

Here in China, we can go to the market--boys and girls can go there.  We just have to walk across a little street, up a few steps, and then we're finally inside.

That's a big difference between the UAE and China.

welcome

I came up with that idea.  And I came up with it, because it was a good idea.  I have a lot to say and I want to invite people to my website.

It's true.

I know because that's how God made you.  No one has ever taken off my nose.  And no one ever will--because of my blog.  Ha-Ha-Ha!
